Do-It-Yourself Nail Art

Ever wanted to get your nails done but didn't have the money or didn't have the time? Well this guide can show you quick and easy designs you can do yourself. All you will need is your favorite colors in nail polish and your set to go for the week. :)

Leopard Print Nails

What You'll Need:
  • Any color nail polish (regular brush)
  • Black nail polish (black is optional)
  • Fine brush nail polish
  • Clear top coat polish
  1. Paint all of your nails any color you want (about 2 or 3 coats) and let it dry completely.
  2. Take your black nail polish (or any other color your chose) and paint random dots on your nails. It doesn't matter the size or shape but the more crooked they are, the more realistic.
  3. When that dries use your fine brush nail polish to paint smaller dots into the bigger ones and let that dry.
  4. Finally paint over all your nails with the clear top coat polish and your done!

There's other cool ways you can use the leopard design as shown in this video.

Panda Nails

What you'll need:
  • White nail polish
  • Fine brush white polish
  • Fine brush black polish
  • Clear top coat polish
  1. Take your white nail polish and create a large circle at the tip of your nail.
  2. Use your black fine tip brush to create medium dots for ears and eyes and create a small dot for the nose at the bottom.
  3. Take the white fine tip brush and create smaller dots in the eyes you already made.
  4. Lastly paint your nails with a clear coat so your design will last longer.

Zebra Print Nails

What you will need:
  • White nail polish
  • Fine brush black polish
  • Clear top coat polish
  1. Paint your nails white as the base coat and let it dry.
  2. Use your black thin brush polish to create thin lines coming from the outer sides of your nail to the middle. Try to make them less lined up and more random so it will come out more natural. Be sure to make the ends of the lines thin.
  3. Use your clear polish to finish off.

This video will show another cool way you can use this design.

  1. Just letting you know that bloggers don't like when you leave your URL in the comments. I was a new blogger once and I made the same mistake!! I'm cool but some bloggers can be very mean!! I don't see a GFC widget on your blog. Let me know when you add one and I'll follow you!! When you follow other blogs or leave comments people can see your blog by clicking on your name and most usually will follow you back. Others won't! Good luck with your blog. Looks good so far!
