How To Make Your Own Perfume

Now you wouldn't have to spend tons of money on one bottle of perfume. Why not keep it cheap and make your own personalized perfume? The best part is, it's your own scent and no one else would smell as unique as you!





What you will need:
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of fresh flower petals, chopped
  • Muslin square or a clean dishcloth
  • Bowl
  • Saucepan
  • Pretty spray bottle

   

  Steps
  1. Spread the muslin in the bowl, letting the edges hang over the rim.
  2. Fill the bowl with the flower petals and cover them with water.
  3. Cover with a plate and let it stand overnight.
  4. The next day, carefully lift the muslin cloth out of the bowl and squeeze the scented water into a saucepan.
  5. Lightly heat the scented water until only about 1/4 cup remains.
  6. Leave it to cool off, then pour the scented water into the perfume bottle.
  7. Dab on your perfume to smell gorgeous. Kept in the fridge, this perfume should last for up to a month.

How To Keep Your Skin Pimple Free

Every teen goes through the pain of acne, but there's always a way you can avoid it. People who suffer it the most may think that it's the hardest thing too stay away from, but it really isn't. All you need to do is keep your face clean and acne should never be a problem! Here's how you do it:

What you'll need:
  • Pore Cleansing Pads
  • Facial Cleanser (Cetaphil recommended)
  • Baking Soda
  • Face Cream/Oil (Coconut Oil Recommended)
  • Scrubbing Face Pads



Steps:
  1. Wet your face with warm water and put a small amount of the Cetaphil Cleanser (or which ever other cleanser you prefer) and a small amount of baking soda on the scrubbing facial pad.
  2. Start gently scrubbing your face in circular motions. (careful not to scrub to hard because it can cause small cuts on your face)
  3. Rinse your face with cool water and dry with a small towel (dab don't rub).
  4. Use the Clearasil pads to wipe down your face.
  5. To moisturize use your coconut oil and run evenly on your face. Only use a very small amount if you don't want your face too oily,
  6. Do this entire routine every morning and night and your face should be spotless in about two weeks (depending on how bad your acne is). To maintain your clear skin don't stop washing your face every morning and night.

Do-It-Yourself Nail Art

Ever wanted to get your nails done but didn't have the money or didn't have the time? Well this guide can show you quick and easy designs you can do yourself. All you will need is your favorite colors in nail polish and your set to go for the week. :)

Leopard Print Nails

What You'll Need:
  • Any color nail polish (regular brush)
  • Black nail polish (black is optional)
  • Fine brush nail polish
  • Clear top coat polish
  1. Paint all of your nails any color you want (about 2 or 3 coats) and let it dry completely.
  2. Take your black nail polish (or any other color your chose) and paint random dots on your nails. It doesn't matter the size or shape but the more crooked they are, the more realistic.
  3. When that dries use your fine brush nail polish to paint smaller dots into the bigger ones and let that dry.
  4. Finally paint over all your nails with the clear top coat polish and your done!

Panda Nails

What you'll need:
  • White nail polish
  • Fine brush white polish
  • Fine brush black polish
  • Clear top coat polish
  1. Take your white nail polish and create a large circle at the tip of your nail.
  2. Use your black fine tip brush to create medium dots for ears and eyes and create a small dot for the nose at the bottom.
  3. Take the white fine tip brush and create smaller dots in the eyes you already made.
  4. Lastly paint your nails with a clear coat so your design will last longer.

Zebra Print Nails

What you will need:
  • White nail polish
  • Fine brush black polish
  • Clear top coat polish
  1. Paint your nails white as the base coat and let it dry.
  2. Use your black thin brush polish to create thin lines coming from the outer sides of your nail to the middle. Try to make them less lined up and more random so it will come out more natural. Be sure to make the ends of the lines thin.
  3. Use your clear polish to finish off.
